Post 45 Scribbles

In high school I attempted to draw Nick Wilde on a whim, and it turned out okay. I learned that I could reproduce images fairly well by breaking everything down into shapes. All of my notebooks & planners are filled with random doodles. I tend to draw when I'm bored or need to vent.

While I'm snowed indoors,  I'm making a hat for my boyfriend. As you can see in the photo, I overestimated the size of his head. After some trial and error, I finally got the hat to fit and am going to try to embroider moss on it. Post 9 But why?

To get outside of my comfort zone, I decided to attempt to animate a short video for today's blog post. I used 2D pencil and pretty much winged the entire thing (pun intended). I was inspired by a meme I saw on Instagram.  Despite the video only being a few seconds long, it took me a very long time to create it. I have a greater respect for animators now.
