Post 50 Goodbye

Here I stand before you just buttons and wire. At this point, I would like to think that you (Willie, the TA, whoever is grading this) have gotten to know me. With each post you've seen a little bit more behind each layer of the proverbial clay wire creepy doll.  I'll probably keep updating this blog, who knows. Feel free to leave a comment on any post you particularly like.

Post 49 Money

A question I ask myself every night. I'd like to be a good person but it's difficult to be an ethical consumer in a capitalistic society. I used lipstick, dollars, paper, and marker for this.

For my Cox Marketing Academy meeting, I was required to create a slide introducing myself. Here is the end result.

Post 47 Things I Do For $40

This weekend, I made my mother's friend a pug for her birthday. I shouldn't have done this. This little guy here took me over seven hours to make. I am very behind in my homework. Right now, I am writing this post in my stats class. Looking back, I'm proud of how the face turned out (minus the eyes). Everything you see for the face are separate pieces.

Post 46 BCG (Before Chat GPT)

When I was little, I had this toy horse I was obsessed with. For the 4th of July, I made it an outfit out of felt and tape. It's funny to see how I've been creating art one way or another throughout my life.

Post 45 Scribbles

In high school I attempted to draw Nick Wilde on a whim, and it turned out okay. I learned that I could reproduce images fairly well by breaking everything down into shapes. All of my notebooks & planners are filled with random doodles. I tend to draw when I'm bored or need to vent.

Post 44 Lamp

Image
In my middle school digital graphics class my teacher required us to take a picture every single day. He wanted us to get into the habit of looking for interesting perspectives. This is a photo of a really weird lamp that my parents used to have. I was (and honestly still am) very proud of this photo.
